What is Managed Services?

Managed Services is an all inclusive IT support and maintenance package. As a Managed Service customer you will receive support for you end users, servers and other network appliances. ITS will manage your servers and ensure they are updated and secure.

What is Pro Services?

Professional Services allows you to receive support as needed. Everything from desktop support, security system installation, network cable outs and more.

How will Managed Services help my business?

Becoming a Managed Service customer allows you to focus on your core business and not managing your network infrastructure. By outsourcing all of your IT needs with ITS, you can focus on your business with confidence knowing your employees and systems are being taken care of.

How much does Managed Services cost?

Each Managed Services plan is quoted based on your specific needs. We'll take an assessment of your current network and build a quote personalized just you. One flat easy monthly payment covers all the support and maintenance.

I need help, how do i get support?

We make it easy to get the help you need. At the bottom of each page on www.its-co.com, you'll find a "Create a Ticket" section. Simply click the support button that fits your needs and fill out the form. We'll receive your ticket and contact you. You can also call or email us. If I need work done for a project, where do I go?

You can submit a ticket to Pro Services detailing the requirements of your project. Once we receive the ticket, we'll create a quote. If we need more information, we'll contact you for further details.

What if im not a Managed Services customer, but I need support?

First you would need to create a ticket or call our Help Desk. We will give you a support session code. Navigate to www.its-co.com and click on Remote Support in the navigation menu. A window will open with a place for you to enter the support session code. Accept any prompts related to the support session. This will allow us to access your system and assist you.
